INNOVATION IS A PART OF EVERYTHING WE DO, DRIVING US TO CREATE UNIQUE AND EXCLUSIVE PRODUCTS FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO WANT MORE EFFECTIVE WAYS TO CONSUME CANNABIS.
transforming how cannabis is consumed
Lunaverse Inc. is a privately-owned Canadian cannabis technology company that is developing unique formulations for the medical, adult use, and edibles markets. By standardizing the most valuable cannabinoids from cannabis and hemp, we plan to create innovative product lines with distinctive effects tailored for consumers.
We are a mid-stage applicant in the process of obtaining a license to produce and process commercial cannabis under Health Canada regulations.
Initially, we plan to operate a 3,500 square foot processing/manufacturing facility near Vegreville, Alberta, where we intend to extract a range of cannabinoids from outdoor grown hemp and cannabis produced by licensed micro-cultivators.
Subsequently, we have a planned 73,500 square foot expansion where we will produce and process our own pharma-grade cannabis products.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When can we order product from you?
We are a mid-stage applicant with Health Canada, which means we cannot grow or sell cannabis products yet. Keep checking back for updates or if you would like to hear from us as we progress through the Health Canada approval process, let us know where we should contact you.
How will your product be different from what other licensed producers sell?
At Lunaverse, we are fanatical about finding better ways to do things. Our background is rooted in innovation – our management team has been involved more than a dozen amazing start ups and we are applying that same enthusiasm to create ground-breaking ideas for the cannabis industry.
That translates into a suite of unique products, including rare strains that no one else offers and oils tailored for specific experiences. Over the longer term, we hope to bring in exclusive formulations and edible creations, as permitted by coming regulations. All produced with unparalleled quality and consistency to deliver the same experience each and every time.
What strains will you offer?
We intend to produce a diverse range of popular strains, as well as boutique varieties that have distinctive effects. We designed our facilities around parallel small batch production, so we can cultivate a broad range of strains. That includes ones that can be hard to find because they have more challenging growing preferences or require specialized environments.
Will you produce edibles?
Right now, our license application covers only the production of dried cannabis and cannabis oil. However, the Canadian government has announced they intend to authorize the legal sale of edible cannabis products and concentrates no later than 12 months following legalization. If and when these regulations are enacted, we hope to expand our offerings into these new product classes as permitted.
